On time, very efficient especially on short notice for Easter. Will use in the future.
I was set up for a cleaning service between 10:00-10:30 in Monroe Township, NJ. When I was called the day before, I was told the arrival time could possibly extend until 11:00. I was able to reschedule my day to accommodate this change. When 11:15 came and went and the cleaning crew didn’t show , I decided I needed to cancel that day. What amazes me and really clarifies things is that I was never called by the manager with an explanation and maybe even an apology.
