Cleaning team , Alejandra and Elizabeth performed their usual, swift, efficient and excellent job. Exceptional service. I am extremely pleased with their work.
We are now a few months in to using their cleaning service. Being a retired couple we have them come once every four weeks which is adequate for us as we don’t have pets nor kids that might require more frequent cleaning. The two women are very polite and get right to work. I appreciate them cleaning the ceiling fixtures and blinds. They do a more thorough cleaning of about half our two bedroom apartment with this time focusing on the bathrooms and kitchen areas (clean tiles, grout, floors, appliances).
Maria T and Vanessa gave extra attention to cleaning the 3 bedrooms today. This included hand-dusting knickknacks, hand-wiping furniture, doors, door frames, cabinets, baseboards, and window sills. Much appreciated attention to detail!
I've been using The Cleaning Authority of Plano/Frisco for nearly a year and have been very satisfied with their services. All the cleaners have done a good job, but I particularly appreciate Cristy. She goes above and beyond what is required and leaves my house clean and welcoming. Excellent work!
