Unfortunately I called this business for cleaning and it's my fault for not first checking to see the BBB rating. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE, IT IS BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Ms. ******* hired The Cleaning Authority to perform a one-time-only move out clean. When the team arrived, they should have called their manager so that Ms. ******* could be informed we would not be able to clean the home. The home was roach infested (live bugs crawling everywhere), and many of the areas she wanted to be cleaned were completely damaged due to years of water leakage, which caused rot and mildew.
