The team that was at my home yesterday did a terrible job. I'm cancelling my service as this is the second time I've been unhappy with the service, it's very expensive, and the kicker.... They emptied their vacuum on my front lawn. I did not get a refund but they sent another crew to clean.

Wonderful experience with The Cleaning Authority-Palm Beach. The ladies were polite and efficient. Their attention to detail was superb! We are extremely grateful and look forward to their future services.
The only reason I gave it a two is because the ladies were sweet. 125.00 for the deep clean 1. I told them not to clean my bedroom because I didn’t have it decluttered. The kitchen was one of the rooms to deep clean. The sides of the windowsills still had dust. The dining room chairs still had debris. When they emptied the vacuum into the kitchen trash can.
