Edit: I did not mention stained caulking. I mentioned grout. I knew they couldn't do anything about the caulking. The rest of the grout that is not caulking is still stained. Again, you are trying to make me feel like I'm ridiculous for complaining, as did your representative earlier, and did not address any other concerns I had. This has been the best experience! The owner came out and did the walk through and estimate. The communication leading up to today’s cleaning was fantastic. Today was the initial deep cleaning and they just left. This place hasn’t looked this good in years! The attention to detail is impressive. This is how you do it! Bravo!!
This is the best Team we’ve ever had. They are focused and quite so as not disturb the flow of work. Thank You TCA for a great service.
They did a good job. I do not think they were as thorough as the first two ladies and they were only here an hour. I was not at home. I had to really look to see what was done.
