The customer service is excellent, and the ladies do an amazing job cleaning my home!!
Edit: I did not mention stained caulking. I mentioned grout. I knew they couldn't do anything about the caulking. The rest of the grout that is not caulking is still stained. Again, you are trying to make me feel like I'm ridiculous for complaining, as did your representative earlier, and did not address any other concerns I had. I am perfectly happy paying in full for the time that those ladies cleaned my space, as they deserve to be paid. Excellent job! Every time! I can’t tell anyone enough what a wonderful job they do. Every single time!! Also, everyone I’ve met are super kind.
This has been the best experience! The owner came out and did the walk through and estimate. The communication leading up to today’s cleaning was fantastic. Today was the initial deep cleaning and they just left. This place hasn’t looked this good in years! The attention to detail is impressive. This is how you do it! Bravo!!
