I was thrilled to have my home deep cleaned today by The Cleaning Authority, as they offer the most competitive pricing compared to our previous cleaner, whose rates have doubled over the years, and they came highly recommended by a friend. I was very excited about the detail rotation service offered by The Cleaning Authority. However, for my first clean (which is supposed to be a deep clean of all the "wet" areas of the house), the floors were not fully cleaned, the oven and drains were not cleaned and the fume hood was still dirty - I'm talking, easy to see, visible dirt. I inquired several times and received no resolution after providing images of floor damage as well. October 5 -- Mick and Abby came on time, worked quickly, and did a great job. We have a somewhat larger house due to having an outbuilding with our office in it.
