The office gave me an arrival time when she should have mentioned it was a time "range" so I could plan our appt's around it. I left their tip on the counter when they left and they didn't see it. I think they were mad about it because they opened the bags of trash and dumped everything in our large recycle bin outside, so I had to spend an hour getting it all out and placing it back in bags then rinsing out the bin.
