Areas were continually not cleaned as advertised including the initial cleanings which were supposed to be extensive. They did return to complete but this was ongoing problem. Also do not sign yearly deal! If you want to terminate due to poor performance there is a penalty. Makes no sense that a customer that is not satisfied has to pay penalty. If you are confident of your services and quality stand behind them.
