This company was hired to do a move out clean for an empty house. They didn't even have to do the floors, because those were being replaced. When contracting them, it was suggested that due to the lack of cleaning that had been done in the home for years, they should send 3-4 people for 6-8 hours. We didn't even complain about the price, because we knew what was needed. There were 2 people for less than 4 hours. HOMEOWNER BEWARE - this franchisee doesn't run a good business. Generally Cleaning Authority in other parts of the country are top notch (I used to own a competitor franchise in another state). He talks a good talk on the phone or at an estimate, but when it comes to the clean, his employees are not fully trained and he doesn't vet them properly.
