Late & rude. Unprofessional scheduling. When I texted saying we need to work on timing he called and told me he can’t guarantee an appointment time and then said he’s canceling our cleaning apt that his team was 30 min late for. The picture attached is me in central time while my husband was home in NY working. Totally unprofessional.
RUDE & Late. When I texted for an update letting them know again we work from home and are about to start a meeting, he called me and told me there’s NO WAY to guarantee an exact apt time and said he’s canceling our cleaning for the day. How incredibly unprofessional. We were trying them out for the 1st from a flyer we received in our mail box.
