Tried to reach them about providing service in my area but never returned my call.
Avoid! We received an estimate and subsequently booked a “move out deep clean” several weeks in advance and confirmed prior. On the day of Cleaning Authority NEVER SHOWED. We called the main office and they said they no longer showed us in the sked, we asked for a call back from the manager and/or the crew to see what happened and if we could get them to come the next day (our backup date).
