Horrble experience shch as; streaked counter tops and bathroom marble vanities, they washed my wooden floors with WATER!, left livingroom rug unvacumed, streaks in glass, didn't mop anyof the floors, i found hair and dirt everywhere...WAY too expensive...especially for the bad service provided. Do yourself a favor...DON'T USE THEM! OH, they sent a second team to clean...don't bother.
After packing most of my parents house in Spicewood Texas, I hired the cleaning authority for a deep clean. If they would have done even a standard cleaning job I would give them 3+ stars . Unfortunately they did a horrible job. Simple things tasks like vacuuming and cleaning the tile floors were not done well. Mind you, there are two dogs who also live at the house. Team 21 [Lucy and Angeline] did a wonderful job! We have had some concerns about a few bumps with other teams. These ladies were obviously careful. Very happy to have them care for our home!!
Team #17 has faithfully appeared for many years to help me maintain my home. Norma has been the consistent member of the team accompanied by an associate. Since Norma has been with us regularly my review applies to her. She knows what I want done, how I want it done, and then does it. I regard Norma as a friend due to her hard work, compassion, consistency, and good humor. I highly recommend her.
