The new owner supposedly did an audit and decided I owed over $600.00. They were cleaning for me for around 3 years and auto-drafted their money. I proved I did not owe, he would not refund. Take your chances with the new owner.
The Cleaning Authority does great work. I am always pleased with their cleaning regimen. They are respectful and honor any special requests that I have.
McKayla and Evalyn are very pleasant and also efficient. They stick to the work that needs to be done. They are also more thorough than others have been.

Daniel and Rosibel again did an outstanding job cleaningbour home. Last month I was unable to remove some cobwebs and we tried with a ladder. No luck. This time Dania remembered to bring an extension so they could reach the high ceilings. They got it all! Thank you, Team #1, for all you do!!🙏🩷
I cannot say enough wonderful things my cleaners from the cleaning authority. Tyler has been coming throughout the last six months, and I rest assured that we will be completely satisfied before they leave. You’re missing out on good service from Tyler and crew!!
Company has good communication as to when they will arrive. good follow up by supervisers. Workers are efficient and respectable. The one thing I would ask for is that one of the workers speaks english if you do not spesk spanish. Would recommend. My team today was team Teme 10. Fabiola, Sara, Anolrea and Fernanda
I used The Cleaning Authority for a little over 2 years. At first, it started out well. I met with Gary the owner and sales person and we mapped out a specific plan for my home. The problems arose in that the Cleaning Authority has a rotational method of cleaning that does not reflect the services Gary and I agreed to.
