We were not satisfied with this cleaning as in the previous ones 😔. The two young ladies (Jay and Shyanna) were friendly enough but failed to do the basics to Our satisfaction (unlike Alyx). Upon completion We were not given ample time to review their work (as they must have been on a deadline). Our biggest complaint was cleaning of floors and bathroom 🚽. We didn't receive a sheet today so don't know the names or the team that worked. I was satisfied except for I don't believe they moped the bathroom floor on the east end of the house.

Team 8, Chrissy and McKenzie were my cleaning team again this cycle. They cleaned rotation area 1, Thursday, Oct 9. They were very friendly, cordial and professional when I greeted when they arrived as I was leaving. Cleaning was complete when I returned and everything looked fantastic.
