Teams from the Cleaning Authority have been working in our home for nearly two years. Due to our crazy work schedule we need the team in and out during specific hours. Schedulers work hard to accommodate and we always receive a phone call when more flexibility is needed. We are very pleased with the service we receive and the way business is conducted. Congratulations on the quality of service you provide!
Highly disrespectful to employees and does not care for them. Some great cleaners but going out the door very fast. Not recommend
I worked for the cleaning authority a year ago or so and was fired because I told Kandy that her cleaning crew of ladies were smoking drugs and drinking vodka on the way to clients houses. One woman became extremely intoxicated in a clients home to were she was not able to drive,. Kandy gave two women on her cleaning crew a pass after she found out they were doing pot.
I am not very happy with them,hard to reach,only answering machine.was suppose to be here AM Now 1 pm and still have not heard from them.my time is very important,and at least a phone call when running late.,plus finding things that are not being done on a regular basic .2days till Christmas And my whole day is ruined.Not a HAPPY CUSTOMER.
I had used this service for almost 2 years, I was happy with the cleaning they provided. My issue with them was stealing . I had 2 gift cards stolen ,money and later discovered jewelry that was missing, I reported it to owners ,they made excuses for the people and 1 gift card was returned to me. I really feel that had the owners taken a different approach with me in solving these issues I would still have been with them as a customer. Poor Customer Service & Appreciation for Loyalty. I have used Mt Laurel cleaning authority from '05-'13. I did have some missing gift cards a few years ago but thought it may have been due to clutter in my home, figured they were misplaced. They never turned up. Anyway, when I became laid off from work, I emailed them to advise that I would be canceling. Great clean today. I love be able to come home to a clean house. Every time I call the office they are professional and get everything taken care of. Highly recommend if your looking to have your house cleaned and don't want to babysit the people cleaning.
