I became dissatisfied with my previous cleaning company because as time went by areas were being missed (ignored). Too much time on cell phones. The Cleaning Authority came and performed a deep cleaning and it was amazing! They cleaned so many more things than I expected. They must use a much better vacuum than the previous company because the carpet looks much better after they vacuumed it. A supervisor randomly checks locations to monitor the quality of work done.
