The women who cleaned for us were very patient in trying circumstances (a dog and 2 very old people) They were professional and did a great job our condo looks very nice and it was well done I appreciate the extra effort they put in in order to do a perfect job

It depends a lot on which team you get. We have had teams that did a stellar job, and teams that did a very rushed, inconsistent job. We ended up switching to a different cleaning company, not for that reason, but because TCA had continuous trouble meeting our requested time window. They would keep scheduling cleanings outside the window and then try and charge a cancellation fee if we said we needed to reschedule. It just became a nuisance.
Our first detail clean was just completed, and the ladies did a great job! The process has been very easy - from the quick visit for our estimate to using the app for scheduling and even getting reminders for our cleaning day. So far it’s been a very good experience!
