Did a great job as usual… no complaints. The team is professional & efficient.
The cleaning crew from TCA was on time and did an excellent job. We are very happy with them.
UPDATE: had to update because there was a miscommunication about the rates. i was given an hourly estimate but there is a confusing way they do the calculations. They sent three cleaners but gave me estimates for two. What they didn’t tell me was that if there are additional cleaners, it costs more because it should take them less time to clean. So 4 hours of cleaning with 3 cleaners is a lot more than 2 cleaners. It makes sense why they would do this but i wish i was made aware beforehand so i wasn’t so shocked about the ra... read more
