Thank You, Jessica and Casey for being my team yesterday. You did a very nice job in cleaning my home and it looks great! I also appreciate the flexibility of the Cleaning Authority to change the schedule when unexpected appointments crop up. I have been a satisfied customer since 2011.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First, there are no background checks preformed on employees. I was hired over the phone and given no background check and started cleaning houses with little supervision the next day. I found out some of my co workers were convicted felons and given the keys to client homes. To start working all I had to do was watch a video and I was on my way. For the last six months, I've come home to a spotless house every two weeks and it has done so much for my peace of mind to not have to worry about keeping up with every little cleaning task. I'd say I always get a 10/10 clean, but sometimes it's even better than that depending on the cleaners - you can really tell that some of them take a lot of pride in their work and they do an amazing job.

Sadie and Melissa did an amazing job cleaning our house. They went above and beyond expectations even though they had to work around some contractors we had at the house that day. Thank you so much for making my house look so great right before the holidays!

I have been using CA for a few months now after leaving another cleaning company and I can say that I made the best decision! The cleaners have been excellent, I especially love having Francesca, and Martha come by because they really care and every time you can tell that, they have not overlooked even the smallest details.

Stay away! High priced low quality. They quote you for two hours to clean your house but took them only one and it shows. Unprofessional owners trying to make a quick buck and not focused on quality. Office personnel untrained and the people they send into your house do not look reputable.

Worst company I have ever had. Owners very unprofessional. Their products left a film on my floors, especially the wood ones. The owner said he didn't know how to get them clean and they just maintained homes, not get them clean. I found another company willing to go the extra mile for $40 less per cleaning. And, they use natural products that actually clean.

We have been using the Cleaning Authority since September. After a friendly consultation with the owner, Will, we decided to do a bi-weekly clean to start with the intention of moving to a weekly schedule once rapport has been established. With each cleaning, we have experienced issues and have come home to problems in the home. Following our last cleaning, we are missing matches to at least 3 pairs of earrings.
