First let me say that the manager of these teams who’s named Shelley is wonderful and does a great job with scheduling and managing, etc. I’m getting ready to start my fourth monthly clean with them so it was time to write a review to say how happy I was with their services. I enjoy using their app also. So if you’re in the northern Anne Arrundel county area and you’re looking for a team, this is the place to get a good team.
I had to skip a cleaning because we were away. I missed Kayden and Lauren so much! They are so cheerful at 8:30am and they are so meticulous! Love their "visits" that leave my house sparkling!!! 💙💗
The Cleaning Authority is reliable and employs teams for the cleaning service. Team #6 did an excellent job today--thank you. Any issues or problems are quickly resolved by calling the office. Their app reminds you of your upcoming clean and estimated time of arrival. We have used this service for years and are very satisfied with their work.
