Cleaning authority has done a great job with our home, often working around us while we are working at home. After our former Cleaning Authority location closed, they worked to fit us in to their schedule and even offered a discount on the one time they had to reschedule. This week Patty and Joanna were fantastic!
Our first cleaning was ok, but they didn’t do the light fixture in the kitchen. Second time, they scratched my floors beyond repair. Also broke a small shelf in my living room. The owner was terrible at communicating about these issues. Finally I asked for a refund, but had to keep reminding him for a week before I got a check. He clearly doesn’t want to deal with unsatisfied customers. We won’t be using them again.

TERRIBLE customer service. They don’t return calls. They are not flexible with schedule. Unprofessional!
Bridget & Marilyn are terrific! They have been cleaning our house for over a year, they are always on time, professional and do a great job! We love the products that the Cleaning Authority provides as there are no chemical smells or residues and our house always looks beautiful when the team is finished. If I ever need anything extra done, I just let the office know and they add it to the schedule.
