Lost key – Cleaning was okay, but security of my key was my concern. I never did get it back from the company.
Terrible Experience – Please do not hire the cleaning authority. Will Owen, the owner, will take advantage of you and personally assure you are disappointed and cheated. He is not someone you should do business with. If I could give no stars for this review, I would.
satisfaction not guaranteed – I changed to the cleaning authority because they guearantee your satisfaction based on a checklist they use. They also say they will do deep cleaning on a rotation so that every 4th cleaning, your entire house has been detailed. More than half of my cleans were not serviced according to the checklist. Sloppy... – Sad but we've had them for about a year. Periodically the cleaning barely looked like they even cared and lately it was useless (they actually make moreof a mess pushing dirt around). Cannot recommend but if you do watch your stuff closely.
The Cleaning Authority is NO Authority on Cleaning – I began using The Cleaning Authority at 1800 Roswell Rd.. in August 2010. They cleaned my home approximately 7 times and had to come back to redo areas they missed every time except twice!!! Great Service at a fair price – "The cleaning authority is a very professional group that offers value and great service. They are very flexible and amenable to changing needs. Overall, we are very happy to be doing business with them and recommend them highly."

Great service – I have been using Cleaning Authority for the past year. I have found their level of service to be better than any cleaning services I've used over the year. I especially appreciate the rotating schedule of "deep clean" which is part of their normal service. I've never had any other cleaning service wipe down woodwork, cabinet fronts, etc. They even have a supervisor who randomly checks the cleaning job of the crew. Horrible Customer Service - They do not clean as advertised. – They cleaned our house a few times...had to call them all the time to come back to clean. Who has time for that? Their list of items they "supposively do" were never done. The last time I cancelled service..they did not vacuum one foot of the entire upstairs and orange and black mold were in both bathrooms in shower area. Then when I called to complain they told me I was a "B***CH." Great service huh? Unbelievable horrible cleaning agency!
