DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First, there are no background checks preformed on employees. I was hired over the phone and given no background check and started cleaning houses with little supervision the next day. I found out some of my co workers were convicted felons and given the keys to client homes. To start working all I had to do was watch a video and I was on my way. Sloppy – Wonderful job the first couple of times they came, after that it has dropped off. Times and dates are inconsistent and the team is always different. Each time they come they do not complete the entire checklist even though they say they do. The cleaning that they do is usually sloppy. I pay the total bill plus a tip which I am regretting now. Thinking of hiring someone else.
Terrible cleaning and definitely not a clean guarantee – I was so excited when I meet with the cleaning authority, they listed everything I would need cleaned and more I loved there schedule. Too bad when they came for the first initial deep clean it was less than satisfactory. There were still cobwebs, dust and definitely not up to par. Sloppy... – Sad but we've had them for about a year. Periodically the cleaning barely looked like they even cared and lately it was useless (they actually make moreof a mess pushing dirt around). Cannot recommend but if you do watch your stuff closely.
Recommended House Cleaning – Amazing service for over 3 years! I love coming home to a clean house that I didn't have to clean! I am particular about my bathrooms and they are always fresh and clean after the team leaves. My last service would not show up when they said and I could never get calls back if I needed something. Detailed Spring Cleaning is GREAT!! – I love my team and I am extremely happy with my service. I love the package plan rotation system and they clean an area of my home in extra detail on every clean. They even leave a full list of the extras and they gave me a list of everything they do for every clean! I know what to expect on every visit and they really do a great job. Best Cleaning Service Ever – I was soooo pleased with my clean I had that I have decided to hire this service on a regular basis. The team was friendly and the inspector that stopped by to check on the clean was wonderful! We did a walk through of the home and my Chritmas Eve party was worry free for me! Thank you for a great service and a job well done.
Poor customer service and problem resolution – During the sales process they talk about a consistent team to clean your house, but it changes every week. Obvious damage was done to our house and yet the cleaners "forgot" to mention it during their report. Management didn't make an offer on how they could satisfy the situation, and the cleaning team offered no appology at the next cleaning. Final straw was a missed cleaning just prior to Christmas. Dependable – I have used the Cleaning Authority for 2 years now. They have been dependable and flexible. I have always gotten a call back if I have any changes or problems. And they have always responded in a timely manner. I would feel comfortable recommending them to friends.
