Had them look at doing some repair work for some termite damage i was certain we would need. They advised we bring in a structural engineer to assess the damage. when the report came back that repairs were not required, David was very honest and did not give us the usual sales pitch. we did not end up needing the work, but it was still a great experience and i will be reaching out on my next project.

Great service and very professional from start to finish. They rebuilt my front porch and even though the scope of the project became much larger than originally anticipated, they were able to quickly pivot and did a great job. I highly recommend

The Builders & Cleaners went above and beyond not only did they finish the job on time, but the quality was so good it felt like they were working on their own homes. They kept everything clean, stayed professional, and actually cared about the little details most contractors overlook. It’s rare to find a team this reliable and easy to work with, and I can honestly say the finished project came out way better than I even pictured. Five stars, no question.
