RecommendedI am a pickup and delivery customer in Riverside. They cleaned a Tory Burch tunic of mine and when they did many of the crystal stones fell off. They asked me to put it out for pickup again and they took it, ordered the new stones and put them all back as good as new! Amazing! I have never had that type of service from a cleaners, ever! Crystal is always prompt and their work is always excellent. Thank you so much!!
Customer Service Angels!!! Dropped off this morning and the lady was very friendly and joked around with me- made me laugh. I picked up my clothes this evening and the lady who checked me out was incredibly pleasant and helpful in explaining my bill! They are wonderful and I’m glad I found them! And of course my clothes are always cleaned perfectly! 😊
I tried several dry cleaners until I found"the one!" The Cleaners at Penman is amazing. Always excellent at getting out some awful ring around the collars on my son's shirts. They and all my clothes taken there look like new. I even bring new clothes in and whatever those people do far exceeds my expectations. Thank you for doing such great service! Loyal Customer
Tried to drop my clothes off a day early for the ladies day discount and the mean lady at the front wouldn't take my stuff. Oh well, guess I'll take my business else where!
