Really dissapointed , I needed a really good vacuuming , and I even asked them to take it back and vacuum again, they did , but the carpets were still filthy , I had to go home and vacuum myself, and then my windows had a bunch of streak marks all over, I had to go over them too :/
STAY AWAY!! I wish I read these reviews before taking my car to The Clean Machine. I would give zero stars if I could. OWNER LARRY shows a pattern of not taking responsibility for the damage his employees inflicts on his customers cars! Brought my brand new Chevrolet Traverse in for oil change on Feb 16. Got the car in September 2024. Everything was fine until Feb 24 when I went to leave for work and a warning light came on and said LOW OIL PRESSURE. I've been coming here the past few years and had never had an issue until recently (The past two years i have done all my oil changes with them).......Over the past month i noticed my car gradually started to run rougher and rougher mind you I received an oil change no more than a month and a half ago from The clean machine When i was their the two mechanics on shift were oddly enough finished in what was under 15 minutes I found it odd that they seemed to have rushed at the time but never once had an issue with this place s... read more
