This is an excellent business with a system unlike others that produces a perfect result. You wonâ t be sorry if you choose them.
The owner came out to to do two air test (one downstairs and one outside) and a swab test in the attic. Prior to me hiring This company, Mike assured me that they were the best around and would walk me through the results. Mike did not replace the attic hatch before leaving. Nor did he com back to do it. He instructed me on how to do it. My asthmatic son had to do it and the hatch was still not properly placed nor has Mike called me to walk through my results or to see if the hatch was in place. The service was top notch! We are out of state owners and provided Jake with a code to enter the home. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and performed the attic mold removal the next day. He sent us pictures and videos of what he had done. We were provided a report within a few days which indicated that the mold levels were no longer an issue. Their fee was reasonable; they performed the job in the timeframe they laid out before they started; and the work was well done.
They were great and worked with me
Michael came quickly and explained what he was doing clearly, then did the work. The only thing we forgot was that he was going to recommend an anti fungal paint primer to use the next time I painted the room. I forgot to ask when he was done, and he forgot to tell me. Overall, he did a great job.
Very professional, fast, economical, overall very happy.
