This company is like UBER for cleaner. I had a clean scheduled for every Friday at 930. The first lady was just ok so I requested someone new. The second lady did a good job the first time she came but she smelled like weed. When she came the next week she did a horrible job. Didn't touch my microwave, left my backdoor dirtier than she found it, didn't clean the bathroom sink or anything...and she still smelled like weed. So they sent a new lady. I have used cleaning companies before, but the experience was never as pleasing as the one with The Clean Dream. They were very nice and focused on completing the job with review to make sure all was well before they left. I would definitely use them again. Great Job!!!
Felicia was very professional and excellent customer service. She was very friendly and courtesy. I would recommend this company to anyone. 😀
EDIT: I came back to edit this review and say that we were finally able to coordinate a reclean with the owner. Although we weren't able to have the cleaning done prior to the event we had scheduled that was the purpose of the cleaning, Felecia came and cleaned for us and did an excellent job on our home. We we're very pleased. It looked and smelled amazing. Very disappointed in our "Deep clean." We paid $370 for a deep clean service for our home and had high expectations as we were told it would include base board cleaning ... read more
