I had an appointment confirmed via email for a quote to be given at my house at 4:00..I left work EARLY to be there.. No one showed up and no one called or emailed to say they weren't coming.. I called the office 3 times and kept getting a voicemail.. After getting no answer and no notification of cancellation I left a bad review.
