I contacted Clean Air People regarding an HVAC issue and had a very unprofessional and inappropriate interaction with a representative (Dino Hagerman). Without ever visiting my home or performing any inspection, he made derogatory comments about my property, referring to it as a “crappy house.” He also made offensive and inaccurate remarks about the city of Hemet, including statements suggesting that residents are involved in crime and drug activity. This is the 2nd time using their service. Dino came thru timely and professional. As before explained everything to me so I know what he is doing. Made some recommendations for whole house duct cleaning, will be returning for that. Awesome guy. Clean and professional each time. Very respectful.
Dino came this morning to clean my dryer vents. He was on time, professional and thorough. He did everything that I needed him to do. On a personal level, he was pleasant and when he left, everything was as clean as it was when he got here, there was no lint laying around on carpets are in the laundry room.
