Great cut. Easy and fast for two boys. Attention to detail.
Scheduled several days in advance for a 4:30 appointment with Lorena. Showed up at exactly 4:28. The other barber kind of laughed and said “oh she literally just drove off.” I asked if she could give her a call since I had an appointment. The gal laughed again and said “no she has a long drive home to Abilene, sorry girl.” I was then told I could wait 1+ hour for her to do the haircut instead. Appointments and consideration for others’ time mean nothing here.
I had a really great experience at Boomtown Barbershop with Alexis. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. She has a very friendly, easygoing personality that makes it comfortable right away, which meant a lot to me. I have really thick hair, and I asked her to thin it out—she listened and did exactly what I wanted. The haircut turned out great.
