I love everything that the Chef at Classic prepares. Whenever I attend an event and I find that Classic is the caterer I get so excited!!!
Awesome staff! Each year the Oyster Recovery Partnership works with The Classic Catering People on their annual fundraiser, Mermaid's Kiss Oyster Fest. The event bring together 500 people -- chefs, vendors, seafood lovers, scientists, watermen, policy makers and business leaders who share an interest in oysters and the environment. There are a lot of moving parts to this event, and Classic's thoroughness and attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Quick to respond and pleasant to work with -- we highly recommend!
