I originally went in to this barbershop for a simple haircut. It was my first time in a barbershop. I left with a lot more than a cut, to say the least. This man does an exceptional job with his craft, but what happens is beyond that - you won’t find conversations like the ones you can have in this establishment. I’ve been coming here for over a year and would recommend Rich to anyone! He makes sure you get the haircut you want, he’s fun to talk with, and he’s always easy for me to get ahold of and schedule a cut!
It’s clear that Rich is passionate about what he does and takes pride in his work. Unfortunately, I felt that his opinion of what my haircut should look like took priority over what I had specifically asked for. Furthermore, I had to wait outside over 20 minutes for him to finish with a previous client, despite setting an appointment for 3pm.
