Get Debt Collectors out of Obudsman CIC classes. I sent this guy a request for help from CAMCO and got back a email with the words "debt collector" all over it. He teaches a lot of classes but I see a lot of failed properties on the news. He is sponsored by Property Management companies and representing HOAs l. I'm sure he or his buddies are making lots of money. He taught classes for HOA managers like "putting vendors to work.." and Super Lien "law" credits. Great and professional
Horrible experience. Was told if I asked for fees to be waived again I would be charged extra. Basically it felt like I was being threatened with more fees if I asked them to waive their fees. Disgusting people in my opinion. Especially Adam Clarkson(name on the company) who is the one that stated that to me. They will attempt to justify this kind of vile behavior but no amount of lawyer speak can morally justify treating people like that.

Terrible people! Will come after your home illegally in cooperation with your HOA. Works with shady hoa’s that send out no notices then try to put a lien on your home. I obtained a lawyer to take these criminals to court.
