I don’t often leave reviews but I feel like the reviews for this practice on Google are so far off that it was necessary. This was the best doctor’s visit I have ever had. The entire team from the front desk through Dr. Saunders were wonderful and generous with their time and patience. The office itself is also clean and beautiful. Highly recommend.
The appointment “ladies” are a disaster. I spoke to two of them and both were rude and condescending beyond comprehension. I have never been treated like this while simply trying to make a docs appointment. I had no choice and changed my pcp (bye dr Long) because of them. Treat people how you’d want to be treated. Still in shock. I will never go there again. Ever.
Came here today for a procedure. Dr. Stojak and Nicole were wonderful and did a great job. Very lucky to have them.
I had a very unpleasant experience here. If they spent as much time on their medical care as they have on the interior design of their lobby, maybe I wouldn’t give them one star. I am frankly shocked to see Kristin‘s biography on their website say that she is culturally competent in LGBTQ+ health issues… my experience with her would indicate the exact opposite.
