I’ve had a very nice experience with Dr. Saunders. It took a little time to get in for a first appointment but now I have things scheduled in advance including lab work that doesn’t require appointments. It is very convenient to get to and pristine in person.
The person answering the phone was rather condescending and rude. When asking about a new patient appointment to see one of their doctors, that I would need to see quarterly, thought it was perfectly reasonable to book an appointment five months away. I will be not going to this office.
I really like my doc - Dr.Stojak - however I’m writing this review because the billing issues I, my family members, and friends have had here are unacceptable. There are errors in billing, over-billing, and other related miscommunications practically every time we have been in. The experience is extremely stressful and draining. Trying to get the bills fixed is time consuming and insurance can’t helps because the issues seem to be coming from the office.
