I called the studio to inquire for Yoga instruction for my daughter. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating until the director (Cristine) took over the conversation. I explained to her that in the past my daughter did not receive full yoga instruction and instead yoga instructors were doing arts and crafts at a different studio last summer. The Clarity Centre is a beautiful, calming space that now offers PRENATAL YOGA, MOM AND BABY YOGA and MOM AND BABY BOOTCAMP. Come check out the studio, you will be very glad you did!
This is the biggest pool of yoga and wellness talent I have ever seen under one roof. If you do yoga and are into health and wellness you have got to check out The Clarity center. Fay Chapple has done an amazing job of hiring the best of the best to work on her team. Go there you won't be disappointed. They have so much to offer and such a variety of yoga classes to spinning and aerial, pilates and more.
