Horrible experience. The owner of the house as well as the people within the Clarion Group company were all horrible to deal with. Repairs were nonexistent, communication was poor and they also went back on their word more than once. Zero stars would be more appropriate. Run and hide from this company.
how is anyone expected to rent homes from this place when ALL of the security deposits for every home and apartment this company “helps” lease are 3x the rent price #diabolical no wonder why they’re listings have been up for months smh
Doesn’t respond after application or messages in attempts to look at a property that has stood empty more than 4 months. Seems pretty worthless.
I inquired about looking at a rental house and was willing to fill out the application but not give my financials yet just to look at the house. This is the only company we have come across that requires that. Not sure anyone would give their financials before looking at the interior of the home. Deal breaker! Do not use The Clarion Group, Inc.
They have been extremely awesome to my family. The owner of the home we are currently in decided to sell the home. They gave us plenty of notice, worked with us to try to purchase the home, and when we were unable to purchase at this time they even had a wonderful place for us to transition to. Any issue we have had at the current home they have fixed immediately! They respond rather quickly to our needs and have worked with us a couple of months that financial emergencies have caused a late payment. We plan to go through th... read more
