This is a good, safe, convenient, and quiet community, but it does have room for improvement. Tenants will get what they paid for, but for the price they should have better maintenance responsiveness.

The Clarion has been a great place to live! I've been there 8 years and the new mangement has taken customer service to another level. Also, the maintenance staff has professionally corrected botched repairs from previous attempts.
