I've been inquiring about a credit on my account that I have yet to receive. My emails and calls go unanswered. This has been going on for months. There had been a noticeable with the new management. Not that is their fault, but it shouldn't take months for a question to be answered.
Maintenance staff was top notch for the second time! The only thing lacking was notification that repair was completed.
Vance always does an excellent job and he did it again this time. He quickly fixed a clogged garbage disposal that I've never used before. He also helped me unscrew the number plate as well. Thank you very much!
