The Claridge is one of the worst places to live. The bathrooms are never properly cleaned, and maintenance requests are often ignored. The staff, especially Vanessa, are very friendly when you’re moving in, but once you move out, they stop responding. Getting your security deposit back is a struggle — and even if you do, they deduct large amounts for repairs and painting that you never caused. I would not recommend living here. I wish I could give zero stars
The tall female black lady (at the front after 4pm) is so rude. I accidentally locked myself up today leaving room key inside, for the first time since I began living here. And the tall lady made made me wait over an hour for me to be back in, saying it's my fault. I know it's my fault I forgot the key inside! But she was very patronizing and rude, while fooling around with her friends outside, and she took every minute of her time to finally call Jonathan the worker who has the key. I said I had burner on, but nobody cared.... read more
