Odalys is one of the sweetest workers in the building. Every time i see odalys she greets me with a smile and warm welcome. Very hard working and sweet
About the Claridge to say a few words... I'm a tenant who appreciates the low rent and the easy assess for my commute to work. The staff is friendly and the Manger Ms. Kimberly is awesome. The manager and the staff have helped me with any issue I may have had. It's clear this team doesn't have support from whoever owners this building and the staff always makes a way to get things done for the tenants. I've lived here nearly 4 years. It's an old building with six floors and an elevator that makes it very accessible for me as a wheelchair user. The handicap accessible parking is very small and often filled with other vehicles, however wheelchairs and scooters make it through here quite well. Ms. Kimberly, Alex and staff are very helpful in making sure requests are met.
