The tall female black lady (at the front after 4pm) is so rude. I accidentally locked myself up today leaving room key inside, for the first time since I began living here. And the tall lady made made me wait over an hour for me to be back in, saying it's my fault. I know it's my fault I forgot the key inside! But she was very patronizing and rude, while fooling around with her friends outside, and she took every minute of her time to finally call Jonathan the worker who has the key. Odalys is one of the sweetest workers in the building. Every time i see odalys she greets me with a smile and warm welcome. Very hard working and sweet
