Residents are extremely outdated, especially given the market in Boston. Staff is awful, untrained, and useless. Valet is disgustingly unorganized & unprofessional. Not to mention extremely rude, & the amount of people reporting things being stolen/vehicles being driven around the city proves two things— their valet company is terrible, and they don’t care at all about the residents or their friends/family visiting the building.
