My husband and I had the pleasure of living at The Claremont for 5 years. We would highly recommend this complex. It was quiet, well kept and clean. Maintenance issues were always taken care of correctly and in a timely manner. There is plenty of parking and it is a quick 10 mins to RT 24. Close to Brockton, Weymouth, Holbrook and Braintree. Price is good for the area.
The Claremont is the 4th community I got to be a part of in all of my years of renting. Sandra is the best! I would highly recommend it to my family and friends. She is always consistent and showed my dogs and I so much love. Im glad I was able to experience this great community with lots of great people. Thank you for all the excellent hospitality over the time of our stay and accommodating me. It was a pleasure meeting you Sandra and everyone at The Claremont. 1000/10
Love living here at the Claremont. The grounds are kept up nicely, which is one of the reasons I moved here. Sandra is the best property manager. She’s always there when you need her not only is she the property manager she is also the maintenance person who will, get right back to you. Sandra is a special person. She listens to me, I can talk to her through my good Times and bad times and she understands my feelings. She is more as a friend to me. Been here three years plan to stay longer.
✔️Sandra, our property manager is efficiently responsive & diligent. We’ve lived here for a couple of years, and we’ve only had a plumbing issue; Sandra immediately acknowledged & solved the problem. ✔️Friendly & safe environment for families/couples with good parking. (The 24hr surveillance brings a sense of security) ✔️Great location (convenience stores, public transit, restaurants, etc.)
I've lived here for two years and love it! The Bldg manager is awesome too! Anything breaks and she's on it! Absolutely, a great place to live!!
