Lol do NOT be fooled. This place is horrible. The hallways smell absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the rat crap everywhere. Manager did not care that there were MICE everywhere. Also, the manager is disrespectful and doesn’t know how to communicate. Do not live here. LOL not to mention them blaming it on us being “disgusting”. We’re clean. We don’t leave food out either. I've been a tenant of The Claremont Apartments since June 2016, with a brief hiatus when I moved up north to Salem for part of 2021. When I came back to the South Shore, it's a testament to the quality of this complex that I contacted Sandra, the property's general manager, and arranged to move back in! I have lived on the second floor and now on the third floor, both one-bedroom apartments with a balcony, and loved each unit! Having been here nearly a decade, I've seen a lot of changes and renovations - all for the better! ... read more
