I rent here now. I’ve been in my apartment for 15 months and I wish I were kidding but they’ve raised my payment twice since moving in. I really didn’t want to move again so I reached out and they blamed it on the market, except I was complaining that they were even raising the parking space rent. I've lived here for a month now, and so far, zero problems whatsoever. Good luck finding a cheaper place to rent! The apartments are clean and the building is well maintained.

Save yourself and find another place to rent. Concept property management is the worst. I didn’t have A/C or heating for 8 out of the 12 months I was here. They have maintenance doing construction most weekends early in the morning. The hallways smell like cat urine. Bug infestations. Unless you’re looking for a constant battle with your landlord to hold up their end of the deal, there’s many other decent spaces in the area. If you are unfortunate enough to rent here, document everything with management from the beginning.

First of all, you’re communicating with an AI assistant when you attempt to book a tour. The tour is self-viewed. The text-assistant gives you no code to the apartment and no unit number. It says it will send in a few minutes and never does. All it gives you is the building code. When I got there, I was standing in a stale-smelling hallway while I tried to figure out what to do. My experience with Concept Properties @ Clairmont: - The mgmt was notoriously difficult to contact. They have email, text, and phone listed, but they took weeks to reply my emails or text me back. (Note that email and text is how they communicate with their tenants, so that seemed likely a good option) - The carpet inside the entrance smells like cat urine and has for a year, even after requesting cleanings. - It is less stressful to buy a house than it is to enter a contract with Concept Properties. - Their tenant portal ha... read more
