Love love love this place. Fun casual friendly, nice old building and comfortable space. Great staff and good food! I only wish they would clean the bathroom! Otherwise my favorite place to when I'm in Albany.
It was a riveting experience. My girlfriend and I had some great food and beer. In addition, the server was extremely friendly.
I highly recommend the Beer Burger it was awesome loved the pickles ��
Sat at a table while 4 different waitresses AND the hostess walked literally around our table, and completely ignored us...for 35 minutes.
We waited for a table for over an hour, when we were told it would be a 30 minute wait when we arrived. When we did get our table, it was another hour before we could order our food. In all, it was over 3 hours from the time we walked in until we left. However in all fairness, there was 11 of us and it was a busy night with an event at the TIme Union Center just getiting out. Went for brunch on Mother's Day... had a reservation for 6 and we were seated immediately ..... very busy day between graduation and Mother's Day, but you wouldn't have known... Our waitress ..Rachel... was fantastic, the food was brought out very quickly and everything was perfect... my husband said it was the best breakfast he has ever had.
Local dive bar filled with locals, friendly staff, cheap drinks and shitty bar pizza that you won't complain about because you've been having too good of a time with your friends.
Great spot! Food was awesome; I had the burger with an egg, my girlfriend had the pulled pork sandwich and we split some wings. Excellent beer selection- will definitely go back the next time we are in albany!
The City Beer Hall is a great place to hang out with friends. The atmosphere is upbeat with great food, drinks & reasonable prices. I'm looking forward to visiting the City Beer Hall in the near future!
