I've lived here a year and a half. Maybe the best-managed building I've lived in - well maintained by a responsive staff. Best location in the city as far as access to the riverfront, capital, theaters, bars and restaurants. Easy walk or bike to Jackets, Clippers, and Crew games. Great gym, really beautiful public spaces - great place to bring visitors.
