Hope for good things in Sacramento. Have not yet been to the Citizen, but I hope their customer service is compelled to out do other respectable hotels nearby and in the Sacramento area.
Finally A hip hotel in downtown Sacramento. I was afraid the Sheraton was going to be the closest thing to a hip hotel we were gonna get here. It has a very downtown modern look and feel. The food was great and they have a great tented area on the 7th floor...GREAT View.

Really nice hotel walking distance to Golden1 arena. We stayed on the 14th floor and the view was very nice.
Love this hotel. It's so pretty and the restaurant below is AMAZING! The only reason I didn't give the location a 5 star is because there is a night club on the main street and it can be very noisy at night if your room is on that side. The rooms are beautiful though.
Very hip, great location, HUGE bathrooms.
Beautiful hotel with irreverent political theme. But noisy: the walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors, and the bar scene is rowdy past midnight.
We stayed here following our wedding. It was a wonderful experience to be at a hotel with such charm and character. We also loved the breakfast at the Grange next door!
