Presidential Towers is a great place to live.With courteous staff like Domingo who has been continuously helpful at the Front Door it will continue to be..The new floors and interior design are very attractive.
HORRIBLE! Looks nothing like the pictures. Gun shots. Unsafe. Tub has been clogged for two weeks now maintenance just won’t come. Loud music day and night. Garbage everywhere. Appliances old, move din and out dishwasher didn’t work and still doesn’t been here 5 months now. No lights in any rooms had to buy lamps. This place is a joke. Not worth the price save your money
My car was broken into last night in our "secure parking garage". 2 of my windows smashed.. Expensive valuables stolen, that I had hidden under clothes. As well as even a personal book of memories my grandma made for me for my last Birthday.. Which is insane because I had expenisve shoes they didn't take, yet they took the book and even an old hard drive of other memories?! DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP. In the 6 weeks, I have lived here, I have filed 10 noise complaints about my neighbor who has played loud music that woke me up in the middle of the night. I have talked to my neighbor, leasing, management and have seen no improvement. Every instance has occurred on a work night and took over 90 minutes to respond to each.
