Wow where to begin...is there a zero stars? Nothing against the dentist but his front office(especially office manager , and you can't make this stuff up, KAREN) so dysfunctional and just bad at customer service. First visit 6 months ago for a cleaning but no cleaning took place. I was told while I was in the chair that the first visit was just a comprehensive exam...
