We were ecstatic when we found this place, needed an inclusive practice to handle medical and emotional issues. We're impressed at first, but found that often the phones don't work. Imagine our surprise to arrive Wednesday afternoon for a scheduled appointment and find the doors locked and all the furniture gone!! No warning!! And where are our medical records??

Just an awful experience, closed for the holiday & it’s only the 20th of December. Both my son and I have Been calling, emailing and texting since October 2018 for an appointment to renew his script and no response. How can this NP leave him high and dry with no communication? My son is a new patient there, just began seeing her in September and hasn’t been able to get in touch with the NP.

I am not sure about this place. Heard many different things. Mostly bad. Not particularly trustworthy people running the back office. They say one thing and they do another. It’s very frustrating and completely unfair to put people through what they are doing. Waiting over 6 months to get back what was given to them. They are cheats. I would like to edit this review by saying that nothing has changed since this review. Don’t believe a word they tell you. They are run by Patient Access Solutions which are basically crooks.
