Exceptional service, great selection, very friendly staff, great prices for quality cigars. I'd give 10 stars if I could
Great selections! Service was spot on, no hesitancy in helping anyone figure out what they wanted or was looking for. I came from Asheville to visit family and found these guys online and so glad I did!!
I went in to purchase some cigars during their Wednesday afternoon special and I picked six lunatics in the Box said they were $13.20 a cigar but they rang up at $14.70. The guy at the register said he couldn't change them without the owner's approval and I asked if the owner would be in before 5:00 and he said no. I said would you still recognize the special and he said because it was after 5:00 they wouldn't. Be careful the price they quote is not the price they will ring up
Great selection and good prices. I would have stayed for a smoke if I had the time.
Nice environment... staff is obliged to answer questions...
