Great place to live for single or office going people.It is connected by skyway to the entire downtown so no need to brave the minnesota winter out on the street. Its a nice high rise and has a great view of the missisipi river and the hennepin bridge. The is a small grocery shop, video library right next to it . Its walking distance from lot of restaurants and the new light rail. Rates are comparable to other downtown apts. Do recommend.
